William Glaser

William Glaser is a retired Brigadier General of the U.S. Army and a business development consultant with over 30 years of experience in managing complex organizations and delivering results in challenging environments. They served as the Chief of Staff overseeing operations for the Army Headquarters in Europe, and as Deputy Commander for Army ROTC, leading significant transformations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Glaser is the Director of the Synthetic Training Environment CFT, where they are responsible for innovating the Army's training capabilities. Additionally, they founded William Glaser & Associates to provide consulting services leveraging their unique expertise in simulation and training technologies. Glaser holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Modeling, Virtual Environments and Simulation from the Naval Postgraduate School.
