Chad Oliver

Chad Oliver is a technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Avtal since February 2024, Chad previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Vertalo, a digital transfer agent, from August 2023 to February 2024. Prior to Vertalo, Chad was the Head of Engineering & Product at Barons Corner, a stock trading platform, from August 2020 to June 2023, and served as VP of Engineering at Babylon, a digital health service provider, from April 2019 to April 2020. Chad's career began at PayPal, where significant contributions were made as Sr. Manager of Core Payments and Sr. MTS Architect from August 2011 to April 2019. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas State University.
