Nawaf Bitar

Nawaf Bitar is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience across various high-profile companies. Bitar served as a Research Fellow at the Open Software Foundation and has held engineering roles at Calcomp, Apollo Computer, and SGI. Bitar progressed to senior leadership positions at companies such as VMware, where Bitar was SVP/GM of the Cloud Platform Business Unit, and Juniper Networks, overseeing both the Emerging Technologies and Security Business Units. Bitar also held executive roles at Cisco Systems, Network Appliance, Inc., and Citadel Securities, contributing significantly to engineering and business strategy. Currently, Bitar is a General Partner at NJP Ventures, LLC, a member of the Advisory Council at The University of Texas at Austin, and Chairman of the Board at Avtal.
