Keith Boland

Keith Boland is an experienced technology professional with a broad background in software architecture, product development, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Software Architect at Avtec Inc. since April 2016, Boland provides architectural direction for product releases. Previously, Boland held the position of Director of Technology at Unitrends from October 2012 to April 2016, where responsibilities included leading product development and influencing the product roadmap. Boland's career further includes significant roles at EMC, where experience ranged from Senior Manager overseeing multiple teams globally to Consulting Software Engineer with leadership on various software initiatives, along with earlier positions at Crosstor Software, NCR Corporation, and Duke University. Boland holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Duke University and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
