Tessa Lips

Tessa Lips has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. Tessa began their career in 2005 as a Team Leader at Dirk van den Broek. In 2012, they took on a Projectemployee HR, research internship at Ajax Chubb Varel. In 2015, they became an Experienced Corporate Recruiter at Alten Nederland and also an Intern Organizational Advisor at Ellen Schellekens Consulting (now Aeiphoria). In 2018, they moved to STAR GROUP as an HR Advisor. In 2020, they became an HR Advisor at GXO Logistics, Inc. and is currently an HR Business Partner at Avular. Throughout their career, Tessa has been responsible for a variety of personnel-related topics, such as recruitment, HR administration, personal development, building strategy, coaching and advising management teams, and improving onboarding processes.

Tessa Lips completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resources at Tilburg University from 2010 to 2014. Tessa then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Work and Organizational Psychology at Tilburg University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2009 to 2010, studying Bestuur en organisatie. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Bedrijfshulpverlening (BHV) from Dirk van den Broek.
