Women with ADHD are already behaving like scientists. They test medications and routines, synthesize conflicting advice from Reddit and influencers, and build peer knowledge because the formal evidence base — still young and male-skewed — hasn't caught up to their reality. The problem isn't a lack of information. It's a lack of structure to turn lived experience into real insight.

Most symptom trackers treat women as passive data points: log a mood, see a chart, get generic advice. AVVA does something different. We help women ask better questions about their minds and bodies, treat life context — hormones, work, relationships, environment — as real data, design small experiments to test their own hypotheses, and interpret results with both scientific rigor and self-trust.

Individually, this means more agency. Collectively, it means something bigger: a growing evidence base built by and for women, closing a research gap that academia and healthcare have left open for too long.
