Simone Vecchi

Simone Vecchi is a Lean/Agile Coach in Consumer Credit with over 20 years of experience. Currently, they serve as a Lean coach and competence leader at Avvera, where they manage multiple projects focused on process optimization, business agility, and organizational performance. Previously, they held the position of Head of Organization Department at Creacasa Srl, coordinating a team dedicated to improving sales processes. Simone holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and has achieved various professional certifications, including Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Outside of work, they are passionate about enology, history, and sports.
