Mathilda Shiburi

Mathilda Shiburi is an HR & Learning & Development Specialist at AWA since August 2023, previously serving as a Consultant Manager at Randstad Finance from April 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing consultants in finance and payroll. Mathilda has significant experience in retail management, having held Department Manager positions at H&M in both Malmö and Copenhagen from 2013 to 2018, leading teams of up to 160 employees. Prior to the role at Randstad, Mathilda worked as a Talent Manager at Dfind Finance for a brief period in late 2018. Mathilda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Work and Family Studies from Högskolan Kristianstad, earned between 2009 and 2013.
