Award Mortgage Solutions is regulated by the ASIC and ACCC. All loan documentation is written to fully comply with the Uniform Consumer Credit Code. Internal and external compliance managers are employed to ensure all our practices are under National Consumer Credit Protection Regulations 2010. Award Mortgage Solutions is a Full Member of the MFAA and rigidly adheres to their code of ethics. All our consultants are fully qualified and licensed and undertake regular training.
