Daxton Budge

Daxton Budge is a Marketplace Growth Specialist at Awardco since January 2022. Prior to this role, Daxton served as a New Market Project Manager at doTERRA International LLC from October 2017 to January 2022, where significant contributions included launching markets in India, Ukraine, and Chile, as well as supporting the Ukraine NFR, Thailand, and Israel market launches. In earlier positions at doTERRA, Daxton was a Member Services Team Lead, overseeing a team of over 10 agents and achieving high scores in various performance categories, and a Member Service Representative, where problem-solving and collaboration were key responsibilities. Daxton earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Utah Valley University's Woodbury School of Business between 2017 and 2020.
