Frank Dillon currently serves as the Head of Communications and Fundraising at Aware since November 2025. Previously, Frank held the same title at ALONE from September 2021 to November 2025, and at the Irish Men's Sheds Association from 2019 to September 2021, contributing to initiatives that enhance men's physical and mental health across 450 locations in Ireland. Prior to his roles in communications and fundraising, Frank was a consultant for Frank*Communications (2018 - May 2019) and led the Sponsorship and Promotions Department at Communicorp One (2014 - 2017), managing sponsorships for Todayfm and Newstalk. Frank began his career at Todayfm, progressing through various sponsorship and promotions roles from 1997 to 2014, and started in advertising sales at "Business & Finance" magazine in 1996. Frank holds a BSc in Management, Marketing from Technological University Dublin.
