Aware Mental Health is a counselling center in HSR Layout, Bangalore that provides effective psychotherapy sessions in a safe, warm space – away from all the hospital vibes and stigma-based settings.

Aware is the FIRST Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in India. ACT is also called third-wave CBT and is the fastest growing evidence-based therapy in the world right now. 

Aware is founded by Sindhu, a US-trained Rehabilitation Counsellor and Psychotherapist. 

Sindhu holds an advanced specialization in delivering ACT and a substantial experience of working with a wide range of anxiety issues. She has trained under was under Dr. Russ Harris and Matthieu Villate, PhD, world experts in third-wave behavioural therapy.
