Michael M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael currently works at Voyant Beauty as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations. Prior to this, they served as the Plant Manager and Supply Chain Director at the same company. Before joining Voyant Beauty, Michael held roles at Bocchi Laboratories as an Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager, where they implemented process improvements and led facility recovery plans. Michael also worked as an Operations Manager at The Right Stuff Detailing, where they achieved significant improvements in operational performance and led the opening of a second facility. In their earlier career, Michael worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev in roles such as Director of Planning and Performance Management and Industrial Engineer. Michael also had roles at Anheuser-Busch as a PQC Coordinator, Can Line Production Group Manager, and Warehouse Group Manager. Michael began their career as an Engineering Coop at Impact Technologies Group, where they gained experience in neural networks and 3D modeling.

Michael M. attended Columbus Academy for high school, graduating in the year 2000. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In November 2015, Michael obtained a Level 1 certification from the Cicerone Certification Program.
