Ryan Stec

Ryan Stec has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ryan is currently working at Voyant Beauty, starting in 2020 as a Director of Procurement and progressing to roles such as Sr. Director, VP of Supply Chain & Procurement, and currently serves as the Vice President Sourcing. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2020, they worked at KIK Custom Products in various procurement roles, including Director Of Procurement and Divisional Director Of Purchasing. Ryan also has experience at AM General as a Team Lead, New Business and at The Odyssey Group as a Materials Manager. Additionally, earlier in their career, they worked at AM General as a Buyer, Supply Management and at VSV Group as a Buyer.

Ryan Stec completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Philosophy from Ball State University in the years 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, Ryan obtained an SCM Cert. in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University South Bend in the years leading up to 2006. Moreover, Ryan also pursued a C.P.M certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute for Supply Management - ISM until 2010.
