Alice Yen

Alice Yen has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with their most recent role being Senior People Partner, Investments at Aware Super starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Colonial First State, including Executive Manager, HR Business Partner from 2020 to 2022 and Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2020. Alice also served as an HR Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia from 2011 to 2013 and as an Organisational Change & Delivery Consultant at AMP in 2011. Alice began their career as an HR Consultant at AMP Capital Investors from 2006 to 2010.

Alice Yen completed their education at the University of Technology Sydney, starting in 2003 and graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Learning, with a field of study in Human Resources Development. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Masters of Business in HR Management at the same university, specializing in HR.
