James Aslan

James Aslan has a diverse work experience. James began their career as a Warehouse Worker at Cincotta Discount Pharmacy in 2012 and worked there until 2018. James then joined Seymour Whyte Constructions as an HR Intern, and later became an HR Administrator. James'sresponsibilities included organizing recruitment processes and handling new starters and departures. In 2017, James worked as an HR Coordinator at WPP AUNZ, where they led the testing process for implementing a new HRIS system and managed the Performance Management Review System. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at GHD, starting as a People Coordinator and later becoming a Talent Analyst. In their role, they provided analytic support, developed and implemented strategies for talent systems, and created reports for senior stakeholders. Currently, James is working at Aware Super as an Analyst in People Analytics & Reporting, starting in 2022.

James Aslan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at St. Patrick's College in Strathfield, receiving a Higher School Certificate from 2004 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, James also obtained a certification in Microsoft Excel Course: Level 3 from the Centre for Continuing Education in June 2022.
