Jane Hogan has extensive experience in insurance governance and risk management, currently serving as the Manager of Insurance Governance and Wellbeing at Aware Super since September 2012. In this role, Jane develops and oversees best practice frameworks and procedures to enhance insurance governance, focusing on improving the member experience in line with the Insurance in Super Voluntary Code of Practice. Previous positions include managing insurance administration teams and claims at Rest and Aon, where Jane facilitated the effective handling of claims and disputes. With a career that began in the insurance sector in 1999, Jane has consistently demonstrated leadership and expertise in insurance administration and governance.
