Katrina McPhee

Katrina McPhee is a skilled professional with extensive experience in communications, advocacy, and strategic roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Group Executive of Communication and Advocacy and Chief of Staff at Aware Super since September 2020, Katrina has previously held several key positions at First State Super, including Head of Strategy & Enablement and National Manager roles in business development. Earlier experience includes management roles at VicSuper, where responsibilities spanned employer engagement and new business development, along with foundational roles at Access Financial Management and ASP Portfolio Managers. Katrina began a career in business development at Timbercorp and holds a Master of Applied Finance from FINSIA, achieved between 2004 and 2012.
