Kitty See has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Kitty started their career at National Australia Bank in 2001, where they held various positions until 2009, including a planning manager role focused on strategic and business planning.
After leaving National Australia Bank, Kitty joined CommInsure as the Head of Customer Solutions, where they were responsible for major programs and strategies to improve customer experience. Kitty also led the CX & Technology team, utilizing human-centered design to create a target customer experience strategy for the CommInsure Claims division.
In 2017, Kitty joined Aware Super as a Program Manager, overseeing the ideation, pipeline management, and delivery of projects within the Operations department. Kitty also served as a Portfolio Director for Operations Finance HR and Technology, responsible for strategic oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prior to Aware Super, Kitty worked at CommInsure as the Operations Stream Lead for the CommInsure/CBA Separation Program, where they led the design, planning, and delivery of operational streams and privacy & consent solutions.
Throughout their career, Kitty has demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, customer experience, program management, and change management. Kitty has utilized human-centered design and innovation methodologies to drive improvements, establish sustainable frameworks, and transform the member experience.
Kitty See's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Kitty obtained a degree in B.Ec from the University of Sydney between 1998 and 2000. Following that, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia from 2001 to 2003.
In 2003, they attended AGSM @ UNSW Business School and completed an EMBA degree. Kitty further enhanced their education in 2018 with a program called "Innovation By Design" at INSEAD.
In addition to their degrees, Kitty See has obtained several certifications. Kitty has completed the GREAT Master Coaches Program, Plus 1 Development Group, the Miller Hieman Sales Strategy (DRIVE) from NAB Academy, Neuro-Linguistics Programming for Business from the Australian Institute of Management, Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Accreditation from TPG Academy, as well as Six Sigma Green Belt from NAB - Business Efficiency and Quality.
