Lloyd Williams has extensive experience in leadership roles within the health, aged care, and community services sectors in Australia. Currently serving as National Secretary at HSU National since November 2018 and as a Member of the National Aged Care Advisory Council from January 2024, Lloyd has also held positions as a Director at Aged Care Workforce Industry Council, HumanAbility Ltd, Aware Super, and Portable Long Service Authority. Previously, Lloyd was the State Secretary of the Health and Community Services Union for two decades, overseeing strategy and operations, as well as serving as National President of the Health Services Union. Lloyd holds Diploma qualifications in Superannuation from the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees and Occupational Health and Safety from RMIT University.
