Michael Holz

Michael Holz has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Michael is currently working as a Risk Manager at Aware Super since July 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at AMP, where they held the position of Senior Analyst. In this role, they provided analysis and reporting to the Trustee Boards, assisted with governance initiatives, and responded to regulatory queries. Michael also worked on a Strategic Review of the Superannuation Trustees Insurance Strategy. Before joining AMP, Michael worked at KPMG Australia as a Senior Accountant on a contract basis during the busy season. Michael'sresponsibilities included performing internal audits, regulatory and compliance audits, and working closely with the audit team and clients. Earlier in their career, they worked at the Audit Office of New South Wales as a Financial Auditor. In this role, they provided supervision, coaching, and training to audit team members and undertook financial audits individually and as part of a team.
