Simon Warner

Simon Warner currently serves as the Head of Portfolio Management at Aware Super, overseeing public equities, private equity, direct property, and direct infrastructure since September 2023. Previously, Simon held various leadership roles at AMP Capital from March 2007 to March 2022, including Global Head of Public Markets and Global CIO for Fixed Income. In addition, Simon has advised at Macquarie Group, worked in macro markets at Honest by Carrots Money, and contributed as a member of the Australian Advisory Board on Impact Investing. Simon's extensive career also includes a position as CIO for Australia and New Zealand at JPMorgan Chase. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from UNSW, a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Executive MBA from the Trium EMBA program, and both a MSc and BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
