Trish Duong

Trish Duong has a diverse work experience in various roles.

Trish began their career at Eastern & Allied Pty Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Consultant/Compliance Officer from November 2013 to December 2017.

After that, they joined StatePlus, where they served as a Client Administration Analyst from December 2017 to April 2018.

Trish then moved to First State Super and held the position of Senior Administration Analyst from April 2018 to December 2019. During this time, they managed transaction resolutions, provided guidance to Planners and Client Service Officers, and handled various specialized claims.

Currently, they are working at Aware Super as an Analyst - Investment Operations since January 2021. Their responsibilities include managing reconciliations, ensuring a robust reconciliation process, reporting exceptions, and tracking aged items to ensure timely clearing of monies within SLA.

Trish Duong completed their education history as follows: they attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Finance and Statistics. Prior to that, in 2013, they pursued a Diploma of Business in Small Business Administration/Management at TAFE NSW. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a Certificate IV of Business in Small Business Administration/Management at TAFE NSW. Trish also holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, which they obtained from Kaplan Professional in February 2019.
