Dan Nicolau

Dan Nicolau is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Mobile Heartbeat, where they lead testing and quality assurance efforts across multiple product teams, collaborating with over 40 professionals to ensure high-quality software delivery. Previously, they worked as a QA Engineer at Aware, Inc. and Capgemini, focusing on validating biometric products and executing comprehensive test plans. With a strong foundation in software testing and automation, Dan has contributed to a notable reduction in post-release defects through the implementation of effective testing strategies. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computing and Data Sciences at Boston University, expected to graduate in June 2026.
