Jennifer Fredette

Jennifer Fredette has over 25 years of experience in various software and quality assurance roles. Jennifer has worked at companies such as Aware, Inc., where they served as a Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for managing JIRA boards, creating and maintaining test cases, and researching and acquiring QA tools. Jennifer also has experience as a Release Engineer, where they prepared and distributed software releases, managed sales order fulfillment, and maintained databases. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Technician at Cabletron Systems and SBA, Inc., as well as a 74C Army Record Telecommunications Operator/Maintainer in the MA Army National Guard.

Jennifer Fredette earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Mount Wachusett Community College in 1995. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Franklin Pierce University, completing their education in 2000.
