Margaret St.john

Margaret St. John has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Margaret started their career in 1994 as an Aviation Meteorologist at SMW Weather, where they provided weather briefings to pilots. In 1996, they moved to WSI Corporation and held the role of Senior Customer Support Analyst/Shift Lead, where they created reports for day shift about open issues and handled system down situations. At WSI Corporation, they also served as the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Team Lead, leading a team of SQA engineers for large projects. In 2011, Margaret joined DynamicOps as a QA Manual Test Lead, where they led a team of 5 to 8 SQA engineers to ensure quality releases for cloud computing software. Margaret then joined VMware in 2012 as a Member of Technical Staff Level 3, serving as a Feature Lead to test a hybrid cloud management automation product for the enterprise market. Margaret's latest role is at Aware, Inc., where they hold the position of Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer since 2015.

Margaret St.John holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Colorado Technical University, which they pursued from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Oswego, attending from 1994 to 1996. Margaret also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Meteorology from the same university, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Margaret has obtained a certification from edX, specifically the edX Verified Certificate for The Rise of Superheroes and Their Impact On Pop Culture.
