Suraj Maniyar is a Research Scientist at Aware, Inc. since October 2019, focusing on Face Anti-Spoof Models for Presentation Attack Detection and leading the development of cost-effective in-house models that significantly enhance performance. Maniyar has expertise in TensorFlow, having developed various facial detection and recognition systems, including innovative solutions for spoof detection and adapting models for individuals wearing medical masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous experience includes a Research and Development Internship at Kitware Inc., where a project framework was created for Whole Slide Image classification for cancer diagnosis, and volunteer work at ARoS Lab on robotic vision systems.
