Erik Mineo

Erik Mineo is a seasoned professional in real estate private equity and affordable housing investment, currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at AWC. They co-founded the Alpha Echo Project, a talent optimization company focused on self-aware leadership and team training. With a robust military background, Erik has held various leadership roles, including Company Commander at the Asymmetric Warfare Group and Captain in the U.S. Army, where they directed operations during multiple deployments. They are also the Executive Director of Shootout for Soldiers, a charity event that supports American veterans through community engagement. Erik earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Legal Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
