Alison Ramsay

Alison Ramsay currently serves as the Corporate Communications & Employee Experience Director and Culture & Employee Experience Leader at AWE, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Alison was with BAE Systems from September 2019 to April 2025, where responsibilities included Director of Employee Experience, focusing on employee listening and the holistic workplace experience, and Workplace Climate Director, concentrating on talent management and performance management frameworks.
