Charles Wark

Charles Wark is a Strategic Development Specialist at AWE since August 2023, focusing on business transformation in Supply Chain and Logistics. Previously, Charles served as Field Operations Manager at PepsiCo from September 2019 to April 2023, overseeing a £20MM+ field sales operation while managing operational processes and health and safety. Charles has extensive experience in operations management, having worked at Manufacture 2030 from December 2013 to August 2019, where key roles included implementing a 4D sales methodology and managing the NexTrust Project for the EU. Additionally, Charles held project management positions at LoganPM, Enertrag AG, Vigor Renewables, and RPS Group, with a foundation in civil engineering and geography from the University of Dundee.
