Mark Bourke

Mark Bourke is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as Group Leader – Engineering (Capital) at AWE since April 2024, where responsibilities include Governance, Risk & Compliance of the Capital Engineering function. Previously, as a Director at Realiser consulting since June 2023, Mark provides consulting services and executive leadership for innovative delivery strategies. Mark's extensive career includes roles such as General Manager at Mott MacDonald, where leadership spanned strategic consulting for international infrastructure and policy development, and significant contributions to major programmes in Defence Digital and Defence Infrastructure Organisation.
