Simon Mills is a seasoned quality management professional with over two decades of experience in quality assurance and compliance across various sectors, including biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Currently, as a Quality Manager at AWE since February 2012, Simon focuses on site operations, auditing, and compliance inspections, while previously holding roles such as Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where efforts included enhancing production through effective process management and ensuring adherence to ISO standards. Earlier career experiences include positions at Wyeth Biotech and Eli Lilly and Co Limited, where Simon specialized in compliance, auditing, and laboratory management. Simon holds a Master of Science degree in Instrumental Analytical Chemistry from Anglia Ruskin University and is recognized for contributions to quality assurance and operational excellence throughout his career.
