Eric MacPherson

Eric MacPherson has worked in a variety of roles in the field of compensation and finance. Eric started their career in 2003 as a Sr HRIS/Compensation Analyst and Sr Financial Analyst at ICOS Corporation. In 2007, they moved to Freddie Mac as a Sr Executive Compensation Analyst. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at the US Treasury as an Executive Compensation Specialist. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Sr Compensation Analyst at N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc. Eric then moved to NeuStar, Inc. as a Sr Compensation Manager from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Content at FanVice.com. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Fantasy Sports Content Contributor at Awesemo.com. Eric currently works as a Sr Compensation Consultant at CACI International Inc.

Eric MacPherson attended Cashmere High School and then went on to pursue a degree in Business with a focus in Accounting from the University of Washington. Eric also obtained a Certified Compensation Professional certification from WorldatWork.
