Mischa Steiner

Mischa Steiner has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. In 2003, Mischa began working at ECO Fuel Systems Inc. as an Electronics Engineer, where they stayed until 2005. In 2006, they worked at Newpoint Thermal (Formerly GTS Energy) as an Electrical Engineer for a few months. From 2007 to 2008, Mischa worked at the Okanagan Research & Innovation Centre (ORIC) as a Hardware/Firmware Engineer. In 2008, they joined an Interim Stealth Mode company as an R&D Engineer until 2009. In 2010, Mischa became the CEO of Awesense, Inc., a company focused on bringing grid modernization solutions to the energy industry. Since 2017, Mischa has held various positions, including Member of the Board at PROXXI Industrial Wearables Inc., Member of the Advisory Board at Grid Forward, and Member of the Board at the Vancouver Economic Commission.

Mischa Steiner earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria between 2005 and 2007. Mischa also obtained an Electrical Engineering Tech. Diploma in Telecommunications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Mischa has studied Mathematics at Simon Fraser University. In 2016, Mischa obtained a certification in Machine Learning from the Coursera Course Certificates.
