That belief has shaped everything I do. Through relationship-centered leadership, restorative practices, and experiential learning, I help organizations and individuals create spaces where belonging comes first—and growth follows.

With over two decades of experience in education and leadership, I’ve led school improvement efforts, built systems that reduce discipline and increase accountability, and partnered with communities to create meaningful, lasting change. My work is grounded in Appreciative Inquiry and strength-based practices, focusing on what’s working and building from there.

As the founder of Awesome Consulting & Educational Services and Mindful Flight, Stronger You, I bring together leadership, education, and real-world experiences to help people reconnect—with themselves, with others, and with their purpose. Whether it’s through coaching, workshops, speaking, or community-based experiences like disc golf, my goal is to make growth something people can feel, not just talk about.
