John Finck

John Finck has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. John started their career in 1995 as the VP of Production at Rainbow Coatings, Inc., where they managed various aspects of the business and implemented a business software platform to streamline operations. In 2002, they became a business owner at Quality Dry Cleaning, Inc., overseeing multiple dry cleaners with a sizable staff and annual sales of $900k.

In 2014, John transitioned to the technology sector, joining Allen, Williams & Hughes Company (AWH) as a Senior Software Engineer. John later took on the role of Lead Developer / Team Lead, managing a team of developers and successfully delivering a new website project for The Columbus Foundation. John also served as the Director of Product Engineering at AWH, where they had an architectural oversight for all projects, managed a team of professionals, and handled project estimation.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a dedication to improving processes and increasing productivity.

John Finck attended the University of Cincinnati from 1985 to 1992 in order to complete a degree in Architecture.
