Thomas Sobieski

Thomas Sobieski currently serves as the Regional Director of Retail at Ascend Wellness Holdings since April 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held various positions including Area Manager of Retail and General Manager at Ethos Cannabis from October 2020 to April 2023, and Manager at Justice Grown from November 2019 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction at a medical marijuana dispensary. Thomas also worked as an Off-Premise Sales Consultant at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits from October 2016 to November 2019, focusing on maximizing sales through effective territory management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sommelier and General Manager at The Beaumont Inn, where Thomas supervised operations, generated significant wine sales, and fostered relationships with vendors.
