AWN Insurance Inc. is a Canadian licensed specialty insurance brokerage. It is licensed to conduct business in all provinces and territories in Canada (except Quebec). It has broker agreements with licensed Canadian specialty underwriters and has been a Lloyd's Coverholder since 2017, and in January 2020, secured Lloyd's Delegated Claims Authority for warranty and GAP product lines written at that time.
 
The Empire Life Insurance Company (Empire Life) is a minority shareholder of AWN Insurance Inc.  Empire Life is headquartered in Kingston, Ontario, and is among the top ten life insurance companies in Canada.

AWN Insurance Inc. was formed in February 2017, securing RIBO licensing in March 2017.  Originally formed as a partnership between Michael Rocchi and Australian Warranty Network Pty Ltd (AWN), Australia's largest independent mechanical breakdown insurance provider.
