Lucy Capener

Lucy Capener is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the agribusiness and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Marketing & Innovation at AWN since August 2018, Lucy leads marketing efforts and digital transformation initiatives for one of Australia's rapidly growing agribusinesses. Previously, Lucy held the position of National Marketing Manager at AWN, and has also held significant roles at ResMed, where responsibility included overseeing global marketing communications for connected healthcare solutions, and at The Woolmark Company/Australian Wool Innovation, focusing on brand and marketing project management. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (Hons) from the University of Sydney and has completed additional training in Project Management and a Mini MBA in Marketing.
