Billy Wu is currently the Legal Manager at awoo 阿物科技, specializing in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in both English and Chinese, as well as engaging in business negotiations, M&As, and IPOs. Billy possesses a robust understanding of Chinese law and excels in risk management and internal controls, coordinating cross-departmental projects effectively. Previously, Billy held positions as a Legal Specialist at multiple organizations, including OBI Pharma, Inc. and was a Researcher for the Taipei City Government. Additionally, Billy is the Co-founder and COO of IN&JOAILLERIE CO., LTD., leveraging entrepreneurial skills alongside legal expertise. Billy holds a Master of Laws from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor of Laws from National Chengchi University.
