Suzanne Postma

Suzanne Postma is a seasoned expert in labor conditions and compensation, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at werkgeversvereniging AWVN since February 1999, specializing in labor policy for major Dutch enterprises. In previous roles, Suzanne held positions such as Head of the Advisory Unit, overseeing a team of labor condition advisors, and Senior Consultant in Compensation & Benefits. Additionally, involvement as Secretary for collective labor agreements in the drinks industry has contributed to knowledge of sector-specific labor conditions. Past experience includes project management roles at ING Nederland, where Suzanne successfully implemented changes in lease policies and disability insurance strategies.
