Max Niblock

Max Niblock is a Creative & Design Director with extensive experience in brand identity, visual design, and creative strategy. They have held leadership roles at several prominent organizations, including as Brand Design Manager at Bitvavo, where they oversee brand refresh initiatives and mentor design teams. Previously, at Dept Agency, they directed award-winning campaigns and enhanced design quality on major global accounts. Max also contributed as a Lead Digital Designer at TBWA\NEBOKO and has a background as a freelance art director and designer, collaborating with top clients such as Ogilvy and McCann. They are currently pursuing a BSc in Electronic Imaging and Media Communication at the University of Bradford.
