Adele Smith

Adele Smith is an accomplished insurance professional currently serving as the Head of General Industries and Excess Casualty for the US Middle Market at AXA XL since July 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Adele has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Commercial Officer at CNA Insurance, where positions spanned from AVP to Underwriting Consulting Director from December 2022 to July 2023. Prior to CNA, Adele was a Senior Casualty Underwriter at Crum & Forster and spent time as a Senior Sales Underwriter at The Hartford.
