Eric Patrick

Eric Patrick has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the AVP and IT Service Manager at AXA XL since September 2018, following the acquisition of XL Group. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Assistant Vice President - Service Manager at XL Catlin since January 2004, overseeing IT services for the Central US XL offices and XL GAPS teleworkers. Eric's team, Global Technology Services (GTS) Service Management, is dedicated to delivering IT services across various geographies and business lines. Earlier career roles include Senior Field Service Engineer at Metter-Toledo Bohdan from 2000 to 2002 and System Administrator at Township High School District 211 from 1999 to 2000. Eric holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Columbia College.
