Tomas Rydback is currently the Head of Marine and Cargo Nordic at AXA XL, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served in various roles including Health Safety Security Environmental Manager at Prosafe and Marine Underwriter at If P&C Insurance. Rydback has also held positions as Chief Officer with both Star Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from Kalmar Merchant Marine University, completing their studies in 1997.
