Abir R. is an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional with over five years of experience in consulting, focusing on organizational change and the pivotal role of human resources in transformation. Currently serving as the Group HR Operations Change Management Lead at AXA since 2025, Abir previously held the position of Operations Transformation Manager at Capgemini, where they supported global leaders in implementing new operating models for talent acquisition and resource management. Abir has also contributed as a teaching assistant at Université Laval and held various HR roles, including HR Officer at Interstude and headhunter at Douge International. Abir’s journey includes a significant personal battle with cancer, which has instilled a strong sense of determination and positivity.
