Adele Samantha Rio

Adele Samantha Rio is the current Business Unit Head at AXA, where they manage and empower a team of Financial Advisors to drive sales and recruitment efforts. They began their career in the hotel industry, contributing to the pre-opening teams of The Pan Pacific Hotel and Oakwood Premier Ayala Center, before transitioning into roles in various sectors including courier services, BPO, direct selling, real estate, and insurance. Adele has a strong background in customer relations and sales, exemplified by their recognition as a Circle of Excellence Award recipient as a Branch Sales Trainer for Avon in 2009. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
