Alexander Cropp

Alexander Cropp is currently the Leiter CoE Qualitätsmanagement and Chapter Lead im SchadenTribe at AXA Konzern AG, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles within AXA, including Leiter Bankenvertrieb Innendienst and Leiter Beschwerdemanagement Vertrieb. Alexander's expertise in process and quality management was further demonstrated during their tenure as a Black Belt in both Vertrieb and Vorsorge in 2008. They earned a Dipl. Wjur. in Law, Business Administration, and Economics from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln from 1999 to 2003, alongside a qualification as a Versicherungsfachwir in insurance from the Institut für Berufsbildung Bonn between 1997 and 1999.
