Balikis A.

Balikis A. is a skilled Product Manager with extensive experience in managing product roadmaps and facilitating feature development. Currently employed at AXA since January 2024, Balikis leads the claims product initiatives while promoting innovation through UX research and technology. Previously, at Ideagen from November 2020 to December 2023, Balikis was responsible for the management and launch of Enterprise Risk Management solutions, including Pentana Risk and Ideagen Risk. Prior roles include Project Engineer at GVS Filter Technology, User Experience Researcher at both Numbers Unlimited Ltd and Gleamare (co-founder), and CAD & Graphics Designer at STONE BUTTERFLY LIMITED. Balikis holds a Master of Science in International Innovation Design from Lancaster University and a BA in Product Design from De Montfort University.
