Cat Rapeanu

Cat Rapeanu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within AXA UK, RSA, and Towergate Insurance. Since March 2022, Cat has served as the AXA Retail Interim Finance Director, overseeing multiple finance departments. Previous positions include Finance Director for MORE TH>N at RSA and Finance Business Partner roles with a focus on underwriting, pricing, and finance transformation. Cat's earlier experience encompasses board trustee responsibilities at Bounce Alzheimer's Therapy UK, internships in management consulting and marketing, and an internship with the Romanian Ministry of Agriculture and Urban Development. Cat holds a BSc(Hons) in Business Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University and a European Baccalaureat in Mathematics and Computer Science from Scoala Centrala High School.
